Nicholas Grim, better known as ‘Nick’ to friends and colleagues, has a long history of being out and about in the community. He has 16 years of expertise in areas ranging from Marketing/Community Relations to Corporate/Client Sales, and his efficient work ethic and ‘go getter’ personality is a testament to the work he puts forth. His knowledge in these professional areas have opened many doors for him and led to wonderful career and personal opportunities throughout the years.
Nick was the Sports Marketing Coordinator for the Fresno State Athletic Department for 10 years. During that time, he was in charge of marketing and promoting all 16 collegiate sports programs at Fresno State – including the 2008 championship men’s baseball team. He also played an integral role in the 2008 NCAA National Championship College World Series Reception that had an attendance of over 15,000 at Beiden Field.
Nick has always had a passion for extracurricular activities, which is why he decided to join the Fresno Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors group in 2010. He originally joined the group because he enjoyed serving the community and networking, along with attending the monthly meetings and meeting other professionals in the area. Nick served as the 2014 Co-Chair and 2015 Chair for the Ambassadors. He is the immediate past president of the Fresno Floor Ball Club, a recreational floor ball league.
Nick happily married his wife Angela and together, they share a home in Fresno with their dog Brody!
